The double-height entrance with the beautiful contrast of natural woods and stones make the guests expect the refreshing stay in the mountain resort. In 2007, the grand spa was renovated greatly, and it offers natural hot spring (Hakuba Happo Hot Spring) and has the open-air spa and sauna.

The guests have choices of dinner, French cuisine (French Restaurant “Chamonix”) and Japanese cuisine (Japanese Restaurant “Manyou”). “Yari Course” is the Japanese traditional course based on the country dishes and local ingredients harvested around Hakuba are used lavishly in the dishes.
