The clouds started to cover the peaks of Ushiro Tateyama Renpo. People from Otari Village said, “Good morning, Snownavi. I always get the season tickets for both the summer and winter. I usually come to Tsugaike Nature Park for walking and Mt. Hakuba Norikura for trekking. Today, I will trek to Hakuba Oike.” Now is the autumn season season, so more people went to the nature park than the mountains from the ropeway this morning.

I worried about the leaves because it was snowing on 10/6 (Fri) and blowing strong winds like a typhoon on 10/11 (Thu), however, the collaboration of yellow leaves of Dakekanba and the white trunks was still beautiful. I often saw people stopping to take photos of the beautiful mountain ranges from Mt. Korenge to Mt. Hakuba Norikura (Photo).

Sarasadoudan (Photo) in Yase-one changes the color into bright red in the late of autumn every year and it was also in good time to see now. When I looked down the south slope, Karimata-ike Pond and Tsugaike Pond also were nicely colored. The slopes from Mt. Korenge to Mt. Hakuba Norikura on the opposite side were amazing as well and Yase-one was in its peak season now.
