The summer season in Happo will begin on 6/1 (Sat.). The Happo Alpine Line (Gondola + Alpen Quad + Grat Quad) is set to open on the weekend of 6/1 (Sat.) and 6/2 (Sun.), after which it will operate daily from 6/8 (Sat.) to 11/4 (Mon.). The Kurobishi Line (Kurobishi 3 Pair + Grat Quad) is scheduled to run daily from 7/1 (Mon.) to 10/20 (Sun.), and both lines will start early morning operation on 7/13 (Sat.). The Alpine Line and Kurobishi Line provide access to the trekking trail for Happo Pond (Happo-ike), the climbing trail for Mt. Karamatsu (Karamatsu-dake), and to the ridge traverse trails of the Ushiro-Tateyama Mountain Range. (*The photo here was taken on 7/4/2023).

*There are six free parking lots at the base of the mountain, and approximately 200 cars can be parked in the free parking lot in front of the Kurobishi 3 Pair boarding area.
*The Kurobishi Forest Road will open to traffic early on the morning of 7/1 (Mon.). (*Please note that the road may close temporarily during times of heavy rain, etc.).

(No need to exchange at the ticket window! You can proceed straight to the gondola.) Kurobishi Line Roundtrip / Adults JPY2,000, Elementary School Students JPY1,300, Preschoolers Free.
