Originally from Maine, U.S.A., this American style artisanal ice cream brand opened its second shop and production facility in the Hotaka area of Azumino. Starting with the base ice cream mix made with local milk from Matsuda Dairy, almost everything that goes in the ice creams are handmade in their Azumino kitchen. The store offers more than 50 flavors, including some traditional flavors, as well as, a variety made with ingredients unique to Nagano Prefecture. Twenty different flavors are offered daily in their shops with some also available at their online store!
