The groomed slope with the 10cm fresh snow and the corn snow was nicely soft this morning. As of 11:00 a.m. when the 2nd run of PSL was held, the temperature reached +1 degree and the slopes became slushy and wet.

In the slushy slope, the snowboards ran well, but it seemed to be difficult to make sharp turns, so some participants were struggling with controling their gears. When some participants made a good run and marked a fast time, people made shouts of joy. At this competition, 92 people joined on the 1st day and 125 people joined on the 2nd day for all categories of male and female.

In the base area of Ura Taro Family West, a test-riding event of snowboards was held. A man from Kanagawa Prefecture said, “I came to try the new model of gray snowboards (Photo). I will go and try it!” Totally 12 brands of alpen and freestyle snowboarding joined this event.
