An unexpected twist has come even in this warm winter with a little snow. We have a lot of snowfalls this March, so Kurohime has decided to extend its operation period from 3/20 (Wed) to 3/24 (Sun)! The groomed slope of Monkey was nicely firm and in wet snow condition, so my skis ran well there with sharp edging.

The instructor of Kurohime Snowboarding School (Photo) said, “As the ski area extends its operation period, so our school will also be open until 3/24 (Sun). Please come and join us!” By the way, there will be “Okkun’s Mogul Camp” at this school on 3/24 (Sun).

The groomed slopes of Leo (Photo), Blackbird and Mouse were nicely firm and in good wet snow condition. I could enjoy skiing with smooth carving as I wanted. It seemed to snow slightly from last night to this morning, so the groomed slope in the upper part of Leo was covered with thin fresh snow.

The wet snow condition slopes of Dragon and KUROHIME FAMILY PARK (Photo) were groomed and smooth with melted surface at around 10:00 a.m. Now it is in the spring holiday season, so I could hear the energetic voices of kids in KUROHIME FAMILY PARK. By the way, this report is the last one of Kurohime this winter. Thank you for your watching and supporting us!
