Today, 1/11 (Sat.), marked the grand opening of TG PARKS (pictured) on both the Han-no-ki Slope’s Sawa and One Courses! The digger team enthusiastically shared with me, “Every feature is perfectly set up. Please come and enjoy! Plus, there’s more to come, so stay tuned for future updates.” With a total of 20 features, including a 12-meter kicker, the park offers an incredibly exciting experience!

Thanks to the strongest cold wave of the season so far, Tsugaike’s official base depth reached the impressive 300cm mark on 1/9 (Thu.). This morning, I expected clear skies, but clouds drifting in from the west brought sudden snowfall around 8:30 a.m. (pictured). However, the snow stopped after about 30 minutes, and the skies began to clear once more.

The Gotemba Course, Han-no-ki Slope, Tsuga-no-mori Slope, and Kane-no-naru-oka Slope all offered exceptionally smooth and easy-to-ski groomed runs with top-quality powder snow. On Kane-no-naru-oka, a family from Mie Prefecture (pictured) told me, “We always follow your updates. We came here to ski for the three-day weekend. It’s amazing to see that Snownavi really does visit the slopes in person!” (Yes, we really do!).

Going back to earlier in the morning, a skier from Nagano City (pictured) who was the first to reach the top of the resort, greeted me with, “Are you with Snownavi? I always read your reports. I’m a season pass holder for Tsugaike and Goryu Night Skiing. On weekends, I ski at Tsugaike until evening and then hit the slopes again at night. I’ll also be participating in the 15th Annual “Ita-ita Slope Jack” event on 1/18 (Sat.) and 1/19 (Sun.).” I’ll be sure to stop by as well!
