Well, here’s a dilemma. With so many Snownavi fans greeting me today, I, the reporter, want to feature as many of them as possible, while my strict editor wants to prioritize photos that meet sponsor requirements. With that said, I spoke with three visitors from Gunma and Matsumoto (pictured), who shared, “We always check your reports! We all have the Hakunori & Cortina season pass. We’re heading to Cortina from here.”

Three other visitors from Osaka (pictured) told me, “We love Snownavi. We’re practicing for the upcoming Osaka Ski Technical Championship next week. The weather yesterday and today has been great, and the slopes are in excellent condition!” The Highway (pictured), Kamoshika, Rabbit, and Wakaguri Central slopes all offered moderately firm groomed packed powder, making for an enjoyable skiing experience.

By the way, the third Sunday of each month is Kids Ski Day, where lift tickets for elementary school students are available at half-price, along with free snowmobile rides for younger children and complimentary pork miso soup. I had a conversation with a father from Tokyo (pictured, second from right) who commented, “I always read your updates! The slopes are in great condition, making them easy for the kids to enjoy. The two people behind us are friends we made here at the resort. The kids are excited to try the snowmobile ride, so we’re heading to the children’s event now.”

Another family (pictured) greeted me saying they were fans of Snownavi, and adding, “We look forward to the Kids Ski Day events every year. We decided to share one bowl of pork miso soup among the three of us, but it was so delicious that we should have gotten one each… (By the way, refills are available!). Our son was the first to ride the snowmobile.” By the time I finished this report, peace had been restored between the reporter and the strict editor-in-chief. Our compromise was to continue the report tomorrow.
