The splay of snow was shining in the morning sunlight…, we could see such a view in Pinebeak which was in the early morning operation today. It was not so cold this morning and the temperature was -6.5 degrees at 7:00 a.m. when Omatsu No.1 Quad was open.

The groomed slopes of Champion (Photo), GO-no-hara and Family which were open in the early morning operation were groomed well, nicely soft and in good condition! Racers who were using Mt. Omatsu Pole Slope and the participants of “2023 FIS Minami Kanto Block Masters Sugadaira Competition” which is held today and tomorrow were skiing at high speed there.

Urataro Area was crowded with various people including families, people taking lessons and racers. The slopes of Urataro Kamoshika (Photo), Urataro Family and Urataro Schi Heil were already a little wet at 10:30 a.m, but they were still in good condition.

In the base area of Urataro Family East, the test-riding event of VOLKL, ATOMIC and BLUE MORIS was held. Mr. Tanifuji Masashi, a professional skier of VOLKL Team, said “We will do test-riding events of the latest model for the next winter in every ski area from today. Please come and join us!”
