Jiigatake REPORT

2023.02.2580cm / Sunny

This year, there are holidays from 2/23 (Thu) to 2/26 (Sun), although 2/11 (National Foundation Day) was not a consecutive holiday with a weekend. A father from Aichi Prefecture (Photo) said, “Our children, my wife and I like Jiigateke, so we come here often.” It was getting warmer when the sun came up at around 8:30 a.m.

Echo Area (Photo) was groomed until just before the opening and it was firm and in mixed fresh and wet snow condition. The slope melted soon after just 30 minutes. The groomed slopes of Rabbit Course and Raicho Course were nicely firm and covered with thin fresh snow.

There is a snow mountain (Photo) in the lower part of Kamoshika Course and there are 3 small valleys. A father and his daughter from Matsumoto City were enjoying sliding there.
