If you visit Kurohime Kogen for the first time, you will have a surprise at its vast mountain foot. The areas from Dog, Bull to Kurohime Douwakan, Douwa-no-mori Snow Wave (=Crosscountry Ski Course) and Tiger are especially large. By the way, Tiger (Photo) is a private slope with No.8 Lift (282m).

Today was an ideal day for riding with the clear sky and no winds. In KUROHIME FAMILY PARK, the corduroy patterns on the fresh slope remained even at 9:30 a.m, because this slope is used by mainly families and beginners. A father from Myoko City (Photo) said, “This is my first time to come to Kurohime. We are looking forward to sledding by a lift.”

Anyone over 3 years old can use KUROHIME FAMILY PARK at JPY1,800 (*No entry fees are charged if you have a season pass, 1 day ticket or 3 hour ticket). You can play with over 1,000 items such as plastic sleds, handled sleds and snow striders at “Rental Biking” (Photo) in the base area.

Pick up your favorite item and take No.3 Pair (378m)! The gentle slope which has a width of 250 meters is groomed well and wide enough, so you don’t need to take care of others. This morning, the groomed slopes of KUROHIME FAMILY PARK, Leo, Blackbird, Mouse and Dragon are a little hard and in corn snow condition.
