It has been sunny for 6 days since 3/3 (Fri). I met a New Zealander man who lives in Japan now with his pet dog on the lift (Photo). In March, No.1 Lift is open on weekends only, so you can get on No.6 Pair with your pets instead on weekdays.

It was already so warm even before the opening, so every slope were in melted corn snow condition. Since 3/3 (Fri), the lower part of Satomi-one course has been closed due to the snow shortage. However, there is still enough snow in the detour course of Satomi Wakaguri Access Line (Photo).

The staff who maintained the mogul lane (Photo) in Highway Course said, “We move the mogul course from Rabbit Course to here. It will be open in the coming weekend!” There were no winds in the ski area, but the clouds were moving rapidly in the sky and they hid the sun sometimes.

2 people from Kanagawa Prefecture (Photo) said, “We check your reports everyday! We enjoy riding in Tsugaike, Cortina and Hakuba Norikura during our 3 day stay. We wish there was good snowfall, but the weather was good, so we had a lot of fun!” The snow of the slopes was already slashy at around 10:30 a.m, but my skis ran well.
