Shiga Kogen’s Sachinoyu is a fantastic place where groups of adults can gather, stay, and enjoy their time together. Dinner (pictured) is prepared by the owner using locally-sourced ingredients, including edible wild plants from the surrounding mountains, vegetables grown by local farmers, and livestock raised with the utmost care. The after dinner gathering where guests and staff join together to enjoy a drink in the dining room is a tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation for more than 50 years. A huge selection of drinks is on offer, including 60 varieties of Shiga Kogen beer and other beverages.
