Al-ché-cciano, a restaurant open in Hotel La Neige Honkan only in winter, will have an event. Mr. Okuda Masayuki, a pioneer of the local gastronomy, will give a talk show and provide the original and special meals of the local foods made in Hakuba, Shunshu. It will be held at dinner (18:00-) on 3/20 (Mon) and at lunch (11:30-) on 3/21 (Tue). The fee will be JPY8,800 per adult (JPY5,500 per child).
