At Azumino Brewery which opened in February in 2022 at JR Hotaka Station, “100% Azumino-made beer” is made with the natural water of the Northern Alps and self-made hop and beer wheat. The most popular products are “Azumino Pale Ale Sui” (Left on Photo), “Azumino Fruit Ale” (Center on Photo) made with the apples made in Azumino and “Azumino Sofu Saison” (Right on Photo) made with the home-made rice. There are also seasonal beers made with blueberry, red shiso, Fukinoto (Japanese Butterbur) and so on.
