At Sosha Wachigai, you can join “Local Meals Cooking Workshop” where you can enjoy cooking the local meals by yourself and having them. You will find the specialty of Omachi City and culture of local meals from the ingredients such as Shinshu salmon, fried tofu, snow peas, perilla and stuff like that.
