At Tateyama Kurobe Alpen Route where it is prohibited to drive private cars, there is chauffeur service from Ougisawa Station to Tateyama Station. Omachi Traffic, which has provided this service for over 50 years, has the office and parking area in front of Ougisawa Station. You can pick up your car at any time after the 5 hours you gave your car at the company, so you will have enough time to enjoy the Alpen Route. The fees are JPY27,000 for a normal car and JPY35,000 for a micro bus.
