Seseragi Co., Ltd (Otani Farm) is an agricultural corporation certified by Hakuba Village, which awarded the special gold prize at “Japan Best Rice Contest” in 2023, starts to sell the new rice made in 2024. They make high-quality rice by reducing amount of rice per area and the rice is made in the safe way by organic farming, less pesticides and circular economy method. Their rice is used as the reward of the hometown tax donation program of Hakuba Village.
