Gravity Works uses the vegetables and herbs made in their own farm for pizza and pasta. Especially, the dishes with the home-made dried tomato (Left on Photo) which is dried by only the sunshine from fully ripe fresh ones. Only a little salt is used for dishes and you can make your favorite taste by yourself. (From the left on photo, Salad, Gnocchi “Garlic Hot Chili, Semi Dried Tomato”, Pizza “Meat Lovers”)
