After 2 years from “Hakuba Gourmet Journey Vol.1”, Mr. Fukuda Nobuhiko, who is the executive chef of Tokyu Hotels (*Japan Escoffier Association Honorary Chairman), starts a new project again. This time, a dinner event of “Hakuba Gourmet Journey Vol.2” will be held with Mr. Nagatsuma, the chief chef of Hakuba Tokyu Hotel and Mr. Takagi.
