In the late of December, “Soup Stock Tokyo” will be open in Sky Ark in Hakuba Iwatake! Soup Stock Tokyo is a soup shop offering filling soup without extra seasoning. You will be able to have 3 kinds of soup of “Lobster Bisque” which is the most popular soup, “Corn and Sweet Potato Soup” with the natural sweetness, Hakuba original soup with the local fresh foods and 1 kind of curry.
