“The 58th Teiitsusai Festival & Hakuba Renpo Mountain Opening Ceremony” which is an opening ceremony of the Northern Alps Hakuba Renpo Peaks will be held on 5/25 (Sat). There will be “Daisekkei Trekking Tour” with the guide of Hakuba and “Hakuba 3 Peaks Trekking Tour” for 1 night and 2 days.

[Hours] 7:30 Tour Application Starts, 8:20 Safety Praying Ceremony & Trekking Departure
[Capacity] Daisekkei Trekking Tour 350 people, Hakuba 3 Peaks Trekking Tour 20 people *Booking required for each tour. Application closed on 5/15 (Wed).
[Fees] Trekking Tour JPY1,000 (Children under 12 y/o Free), Hakuba 3 Peaks Trekking Tour JPY40,000 (1 night stay, 2 meals, accommodation fee included) *The fees of each tour include the guide fee, memorial badge, insurance.
*There will be shuttle bus service for the participants (JR Hakuba Station – Happo No.5 Parking Area – Sarukura, Round-trip JPY1,000).
*In Nagano, there were the mountain events such as Chuo Alps Opening Ceremony (Komagane City) on 4/19 (Fri) and Northern Alps Mountain Opening Ceremony (Azumino City) on 4/26 (Fri), Kamikochi Mountain Festival (Matsumoto City) on 4/27 (Sat). There will also be Mt. Asama Opening Ceremony (Komoro City) on 5/8 (Wed), Mt. Nyukasa Opening Ceremony (Fujimi Town) on 5/18 (Sat), Tsugaike Nature Park Opening Ceremony (Otari Village) and Akitama-go Opening Ceremony (Sakae Village) on 6/1 (Sat), Mt. Harinoki Shintaro Festival (Omachi City), Mt. Yatsugatake Opening Ceremony (Chino City), Mt. Yatsugatake (Mt. Amida) Opening Ceremony (Hara Village) on 6/2 (Sun).
