A new gondola will be open in Hakuba Happo-one Ski Area! It will run from Nakiyama to Usagidaira with a lift with a capacity of 10 people, length of 2,200m, altitude gap of 650m from December in 2027. In Nakiyama Area, a new base center house including a cafe restaurant, shop, information center, rental shop, ticket center and parking area for 230 vehicles will be built as well.

The gondola will be improved greatly; Running Speed 6.0m per second from 4.0m per second, Transport Capacity 2,400 people per hour from 1,350 people per hour.
