If you love shoyu (soy sauce) ramen, you should try “Zeppin Shoyu Ramen” (JPY850, Photo) of Ramen Izakaya Kitora which is open in the 2nd floor of Hotel Marrion Shinano in winter of 2023. The soup stock is made from chub mackerel, Souda bonito and flying fish. The char-siu (roasted pork) of Hakuba Pork is coming on the ramen.
