Sobashubo Zen / “Akishin” of Shinshu Starts in Middle of November

Sobashubo Zen is a soba restaurant of the hand-made soba (Ni-hachi Soba) made with the natural water of the Northern Alps and Japanese appetizers with Sake and Shochu. Now, the soba made from buckwheat made in Hokkaido and the fresh soba made with the local buckwheat “Akishin” in Nagano will be offered from the middle of November (Photo Tenzaru Soba JPY1,800). *Please check the special page of hand-made soba.
